Single Trail STRFSSS04ZNDS
The Single Trail Super-EFS Vertical Swing Away Bike Carrier is a heavy-duty, fully-featured rack designed for shuttle-ready performance and seamless vehicle access. Built for serious riders and demanding conditions, the Super-EFS combines class-leading e-bike capability, Single Trail’s renowned Rope Fastening System, and a powerful swing-arm design — all backed by a lifetime structural warranty.
Super Swing Arm – One-Touch Tilt & Swing Access
At the core of the Super-EFS is the Super Swing Arm, a rugged, intelligent system designed to make rear-vehicle access quick and hassle-free. With single-touch tilt and swing functionality, this carrier swings completely out of the way, fully clearing the rear of cars, utes, and vans — even when fully loaded with bikes.
Capable of carrying up to 150kg of bike weight, the swing arm is trail-tested tough and built with multiple points of adjustability. Whether you drive a compact SUV or a full-size van, it can be configured to suit, with optional tongue tube extensions and custom side plates available on purchase for a tailored fit.
Integrated Anti-Wobble Mechanism
Say goodbye to sway. The Super-EFS features Single Trail’s integrated anti-wobble system, which eliminates slop without the need for extra brackets or tools. Using a heavy-duty bolt and engineered nut plate, the system locks your carrier down tightly for maximum stability — perfect for rugged trails and high-speed shuttle roads.
Generous 350mm bike spacing ensures no contact between bikes, protecting brake levers, bars, and frames during transit.
Patented Rope Fastening System (RFS)
Purpose-designed for fast, secure shuttle loading, the Super-EFS is equipped with Single Trail’s patented Rope Fastening System (RFS). The system uses marine-grade rope and a self-tensioning cam to lock bikes in place around the pedal — tightening automatically as tension is applied.
Unlike elastic cords or ratchet straps, the rope has minimal stretch, meaning your bikes stay locked in place even over bumpy tracks, with no bouncing or shifting. The system distributes load exactly where bikes are designed to handle it, and it’s trusted by Blue Dirt Shuttles, who transport thousands of bikes across Australia’s roughest terrain.
Full E-Bike Compatibility
From lightweight trail bikes to heavy-duty e-bikes, the Super-EFS handles it all. Each wheel basket is rated to 30kg, and the carrier’s tongue and swing-arm components are built from premium Bisalloy steel for strength where it matters most. This means full e-bike compatibility without compromising safety or ride performance.
Built to Withstand the Elements
Finished in blue zinc plating for superior corrosion resistance, the Super-EFS is also available in a black powder-coated variant. Every rack is designed, engineered, and fabricated in-house in Australia, with quality and longevity built into every weld and joint.
Each rack includes a Single Trail number plate board, and while the garage stand shown in images is not included, it is available as an optional accessory for those seeking a clean storage or staging solution.
Single Trail for Life Warranty
Backing it all is the Single Trail for Life Warranty, a limited lifetime structural warranty covering the rack, swing-arm, anti-wobble system, and rope fastening mechanism. It’s a commitment to performance, backed by engineering confidence.
