Your new-car warrantyFitting quality accessories doesn't automatically void Toyota's warranty. Under Australian Consumer Law, Toyota still has to fix manufacturing faults unless an accessory caused the problem. The parts we fit carry their maker's warranty, and our fitting is backed by ours.

Hybrids and 48V modelsToyota's hybrids range from a 480 kg towing limit on a 2WD RAV4 to 3,500 kg on the 48V Prado and HiLux. We check the rating and use vehicle-specific wiring before recommending a towbar.
Build date mattersToyota updates its models often, and a facelift can change which bull bar, towbar or canopy fits. Your build month and year are the first thing we'll ask for.

No, not automatically. Under Australian Consumer Law, Toyota still has to fix manufacturing faults on your vehicle unless an accessory or modification caused the fault. The accessories themselves are covered by their maker's warranty, and our fitting is covered by ours. Using quality parts and a reputable fitter is the best way to keep both sides of that simple.
Not if it's designed for your model. The bars we fit to newer Toyotas are made to work with the factory radar, cameras, parking sensors and airbags, and many include a radar mount or relocation bracket. A bar made for a different model or year can get in the way of those systems, which is why we always match it to your build date.
It ranges from 480 kg for a 2WD RAV4 hybrid to 3,500 kg for the LandCruiser 300, LandCruiser 70, Prado 250 and HiLux 4x4. Ratings also change with the year, engine and gearbox, so a 2016 Prado auto and a 2019 Prado auto are rated differently. The figures for your exact vehicle are in the owner's handbook, and we'll check them before recommending a towbar.
Yes. On the 2019–2025 RAV4, the AWD hybrid is rated to tow 1,500 kg braked, which suits a small camper or box trailer. The 2WD hybrid is rated to just 480 kg, so it's best suited to a bike carrier or a light trailer. We use vehicle-specific wiring either way.
