The HD Accessory Bars (8173) are a versatile addition to the RacksBrax HD range, designed to provide convenient, quick-access storage for recovery boards. Compatible with the entire HD Hitch range, this setup is ideal for adventurers who use full-sized MAXTRAX and TRED recovery boards. When paired with an HD Hitch (sold separately), the HD Accessory Bars allow users to securely lock or swiftly remove recovery boards like the MAXTRAX MKII, MAXTRAX XTREME, TRED Pro, ARB x TRED Pro, or TRED 1100 in less than 10 seconds.

To complete the setup, users will need MAXTRAX or TRED securing pins to fasten the boards to the RacksBrax Accessory Plate. Additionally, two "T" brackets are required to transition between roof rack bars and the RacksBrax HD Hitch, ensuring a sturdy and reliable connection for rugged use on or off the road.

*These Bars can be used without an HD Accessory Plate (but with at least a RacksBrax HD Hitch) for platform-style roof racks where brackets can be positioned at the recovery board securing point separation.
