Please note: The second-row centre seat lap-sash seatbelt is not able to be used with the Y61 Cargo Barrier in place.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 

Passengers should not ride in the third-row with this installed. This barrier has not been tested to Australian Standards, and is intended as a pet barrier or for use when off-road. 

All of our barriers are designed to be compatible with modern side and curtain-airbag systems, and as such there is clearance around all sides of the barrier to ensure unaffected airbag deployment. In rare instances, very small dogs may be able to get through the gaps provided for this clearance.

What is the load/weight capacity for the Standalone Shelf?

The shelf is rated to 10kg. We recommend it as storage for lightweight and soft cargo, and with the weight evenly distributed across the shelf. If you need help imagining what that looks like, here's an example:

Can we still use the third-row seats with this installed?

Any modifications to your vehicles third-row area may impact its compliance with safety regulations. We do not recommend carrying passengers in this space after modifications as it presents a dangerous safety hazard.
 
Additionally, some modifications that affect passenger capacity may require certification (mod-plating) to ensure your vehicle remains compliant with your state or territorys regulations. We recommend checking with your local transport authority for specific requirements.

Do your Cargo barriers have vertical / up and down adjustment?

No, the barriers are not able to be adjusted vertically.

Can the barrier be used with baby and child car seats?

Yes, the barrier is compatible with child restraints and baby car seats.

How big is the Standalone Shelf?

The shelf measures 1110 x 470mm. 

What is the clearance to the roof/floor with the Standalone Shelf installed?

Installation Clearances (subject to variances of up to +/-5mm)

Roof to shelf base: 

185mm on the Highest Setting
195mm on the Lowest Setting 

Shelf base to floor: 

855mm on the Highest Setting
845mm on the Lowest Setting 

When installed, there is 575mm clearance to the top of Titan Drawers, and 195mm of clearance from the ceiling to the bottom of the shelf near the rear light.

Can we still use the third-row seats with the Standalone shelf?

We do not recommend passengers ride in the third-row seats with the shelf installed. Should you wish to have passengers seated in the third row, uninstalling the shelf is quick and easy, taking just 10 minutes. 

What is the load/weight capacity for mounting accessories to the Light Cargo Barrier?

The Light Cargo Barrier is rated to hold 6kg, evenly distributed across the mesh surface.
