• With a high yield strength of 700 MPa, X700 UVP outperforms common alternatives, such as 4mm Carbon Steel, 6mm Aluminium and 3/4mm Stainless Steel in permanent deformation tests.

What is the difference between the guards designed for a Diff Drop and No Diff Drop?

The Diff Drop guards are designed to accommodate the lowered diff housing while still maximising clearance, as opposed to installing standard plates with spacers, which some manufacturers opt for. 

If you have no Diff Drop installed, select 'No Diff Drop'. 

If you have a KAON Arm-style Diff Drop installed, select ' KAON Arm Style Diff Drop'. Not compatible with other brands of Arm-Style Diff Drop. 

Kaon's Guards are not compatible with spacer-style Diff Drops. 

What is the clearance of the X700 UVP when compared to the factory guards?

X700 UVP has 4mm more clearance than factory at the lowest point (it's hard up against the cross member, so it's as high as it'll go) but the front piece has 35mm more clearance at some points thanks to it's approach angle of 19°, vs factory 42°. For vehicles with a Diff Drop, the Cradle component of the guard sits down 25mm.
