High Performance X700 Under Vehicle Protection / Bash Plate to suit Toyota HiLux N70 Vigo

Kaon's High Performance X700 Under Vehicle Protection is 25% lighter, and yet 60% stronger than conventional UVP plates. 

X700 has a high yield strength of 700 MPa, so our UVP can take higher stresses, with less material weight. With tight GVM margins for modern tourers and the never-ending pursuit of tougher UVP – take peace of mind knowing that your UVP is tougher and stronger, protecting the most vulnerable parts of your 4x4 against damage.

Features:

• High-Performance X700 UVP weighs in at a total of 20kg, only 14kg heavier than stock guards, and up to 10kg lighter than 4mm steel UVP.
• Designed using 3D scanning for a better fit, with folds and flanges for added strength
• Designed for maximum clearance and optimum approach/departure angles.
• Sump guard includes an additional stainless steel sump drain ramp, for easy drainage.
• Recessed mounting bolts and smooth transitions allow you to slide over obstacles found out on the tracks with ease.
• Strategically placed generous vents and drainage holes to keep everything running cool.
• Powder coated using a three-step process for increased durability, in an attractive Metallic Asteroid Grey.

Diff Drop Compatibility: 

If you have installed:

• No Diff Drop or a spacer style (less than 25mm) Diff Drop, select 'No Diff Drop & Spacer Diff Drop'. 
• A KAON Arm-Style Diff Drop (KS0429), select 'KAON Arm Style Diff Drop'. Not compatible with other brands of Arm-Style Diff Drops. 

Transmission Guard is compatible with vehicles both with or without a Diff Drop installed.
