Details
The Kuat Pivot 2.0 is an innovative and convenient solution designed to ensure your bike rack never gets in the way. This versatile swing-away system allows you to smoothly move your rack to the side, providing clear access to tailgates, rear doors, and hatchbacks. With its robust construction and user-friendly features, the Pivot 2.0 makes loading and accessing your gear easier than ever.
Key Features:
Swing-Away Functionality
The Pivot 2.0 allows for a quick release swing away at 90 and 120 degrees, providing ample clearance for accessing your vehicle's rear. This feature is perfect for tailgates, rear doors, and hatchbacks, ensuring you can access your cargo area without removing your bike rack.
Dual Swing Options
Küat makes the Pivot v2 in two versions, so you choose the side of the vehicle the rack swings toward.
FLATLOCK Cam System
Kuat's proprietary FLATLOCK Cam System ensures that your rack only moves when you want it to. This tightening mechanism provides stability and prevents unwanted movement, keeping your bikes secure during transit.
Robust Construction
Built with an oversized stainless steel and aluminum thru-axle, the Pivot 2.0 is designed for durability and strength, capable of handling tough conditions and heavy use.
Locking Hitch Pin
The included locking hitch pin adds an extra layer of security, preventing theft and ensuring your Pivot 2.0 stays firmly attached to your vehicle.
High Weight Capacity
The Pivot v2 has a maximum load of 113.4kg (250 lb). Küat does not recommend carrying more than 3 bikes on it.
*Note that the Pivot 2.0 is not compatible with RVs
