EGR Gen3 Canopy with Lift Up Windows to suit Mazda BT-50 2011 - 2020 (Alabaster White / Snowflake White Pearl)

Details

The EGR Gen3 Canopy is more than just a canopy, it’s a precision-engineered extension of your vehicle. Designed to follow the lines and form of your ute, it integrates so cleanly that it feels like it came straight from the factory. Whether you’re tackling tough worksites, heading off the beaten track, or simply want a stylish and secure solution for your load space, the Gen3 offers an unmatched combination of form, function, and factory-level finish.

Frameless Lift Windows

The Gen3 introduces a sleek, handle-free window design that sets it apart from traditional canopies. The frameless side lift windows are flush with the body and open via hidden pressure-sensitive touch pads. Without bulky handles or visible locks, the canopy maintains a streamlined and modern appearance. The gas strut-assisted lifting mechanism allows the windows to be opened effortlessly with one hand, while the clean external design not only looks sharp but also minimises entry points for dust and water.

Remote Central Locking

Security is built into the foundation of the Gen3 Canopy. The side lift windows and rear door are integrated directly into your vehicle’s central locking system, ensuring that when your ute is locked, your canopy is too. The rear door is accessed using a soft-touch button that requires only a light press to release, and can be opened easily with just one finger. By eliminating all external handles and keyholes, the Gen3 delivers both advanced theft deterrence and a cleaner, more refined exterior.

Premium Construction

Constructed from UV-stable, ultra-premium ABS, the Gen3 is designed to withstand the harshest Australian conditions. Every canopy is robotically trimmed for precision, delivering consistent, clean edges and a perfect fit every time. The smooth exterior surface is finished using automotive-grade paint systems in your vehicle’s exact OEM colour, ensuring a seamless and durable finish that complements your ute. This advanced construction approach not only enhances visual appeal but ensures lasting performance under sun, salt, and rough terrain.

Luxury Interior

Inside the canopy, the attention to detail continues. The Gen3 features a fully carpet-lined interior using soft-touch marine-grade material, adding insulation, sound-dampening, and a refined look that feels factory-fitted. Integrated LED lighting illuminates the space, making it easy to locate gear at night or in low-light conditions. Optional ventilation options are available for users needing airflow for pets, electronics, or sensitive tools, allowing the canopy to serve a wider range of needs.

Clamp Fitment

The Gen3 Canopy uses a non-invasive clamp fitment system, eliminating the need to drill into your tub. This makes installation faster, cleaner, and safer for your vehicle’s bodywork. It comes with a vehicle-specific plug-and-play wiring harness that ensures a reliable, no-fuss electrical connection for lighting and central locking. Whether professionally installed or fitted by a seasoned DIYer, the process is streamlined and efficient, reducing vehicle downtime and simplifying future removal or upgrades.

Roof Rack Ready

To expand its capability, the Gen3 comes with roof rack surface tracks as standard. These integrated tracks are compatible with a range of major aftermarket roof rack systems, allowing users to carry extra gear such as recovery equipment, awnings, work gear, or roof boxes. When not in use, the low-profile tracks remain discreet and weather-sealed, maintaining the canopy’s clean silhouette while preserving future versatility.

Australian Made

The Gen3 is proudly engineered, manufactured, and assembled in Australia. Every aspect of the design is tailored to suit the unique demands of Australian conditions, from searing heat and UV exposure to remote-area durability. Local production also ensures tighter quality control, quicker lead times, and long-term parts and service support. With decades of experience in both OEM and aftermarket manufacturing, EGR delivers a canopy built for Australians by Australians.
