ECB’s Nudge Bar is made in Australia and designed to provide protection for the most vulnerable parts of your vehicle in the event of an animal strike and allow you to add multiple lighting options. The sporty & sleek design will add to the look of your vehicle without adding additional weight.

All Nudge Bars are manufactured from a hi-tensile mandrel bent alloy tube with an industry leading tube wall thickness that will never rust, nor corrode, and secured to the vehicle with a specific engineered plasma cut steel winch mount for the best fit possible. All Nudge Bars come with spotlight mounting tabs for lights up to 1.75kg.

Everything ECB makes is ADR Compliant and Airbag Compatible. This allows maximum protection, minimal wear and tear to your vehicle, and increased fuel savings. ECB is so confident in every product we make that we offer a lifetime warranty on all thier manufactured products.

Spot Light Mounting Provisions

All ECB Nudge Bars feature welded spot light mounting tabs on the horizontal tube. This allows for optimum and secure placement for auxiliary lighting.

Industry Leading Tube Wall

All ECB tubes are hi-tensile alloy extrusions which are mandrel bent on ECB's state of the art, fully automated Mandrel Bender. This provides for smooth bends at exacting and consistent measurements. Thier 76mm Nudge Bar tube is 4.75mm thick.

ECB offers a choice of three popular finishes: Textura Black, Black Ripple, and Silver Hammertone, as well as Mirror Polished. These textured powder coat finishes are not only attractive and durable but also virtually maintenance-free, making them perfect for modern vehicles and busy lifestyles.

All products with powder coat finishes go through a meticulous 4-step preparation process. Once they are fully prepared, they are coated with the desired finish using an electrocharged dry powder adhesion process.

After the coating process is complete, the products are baked in a specially designed powder cure oven at temperatures exceeding 230°C. This meticulous step ensures that your product is thoroughly protected from the elements, and the finish will last, maintaining its appearance and performance over time.
