Lightforce Beast 230 3-Mode LED Driving Light (Pair)

Details

The Lightforce Beast 230 3-Mode LED Driving Light represents a new benchmark in high-performance vehicle lighting, combining advanced engineering with uncompromising durability. Designed, engineered and manufactured in Australia, this premium driving light is built to thrive in the harshest environments while delivering exceptional visibility and control.

With its distinctive styling and military-inspired construction, the Beast is purpose-built for drivers who demand reliability, versatility and powerful illumination across a wide range of driving conditions.

3-Mode Beam Technology

At the core of the Beast is its 3-mode functionality, allowing seamless switching between beam patterns at the press of a button. This provides unmatched adaptability without the need to leave the vehicle.

Spot Mode delivers a highly concentrated beam for maximum distance visibility, reaching up to 1497 metres at 1 lux, making it ideal for high-speed or long-distance driving.

Flood Mode offers a broader beam pattern, extending 140 metres wide with a reach of 778 metres, perfect for winding roads and improved peripheral awareness.

Beast Mode combines the strengths of both, producing an intense central beam with wide-angle coverage, delivering maximum total light output for both distance and spread.

Simple User Control

Operation is intuitive and designed with the driver in mind. Power is activated via the switch, while Flood and Spot modes can be easily selected by pressing the lower section. Holding the switch for one second engages Beast Mode, providing instant access to maximum output when it’s needed most.

Built for Aussie Conditions

Every element of the Beast driving light has been meticulously engineered and tested to surpass global standards. Its aluminium housing, reinforced by a military-inspired rear bash plate, delivers outstanding strength and durability while maintaining a lightweight profile.

The hard-coated lens is purpose-built for superior impact resistance, complemented by premium surface coatings that guard against UV exposure, chemicals, and salt corrosion. A genuine Gore membrane ensures the unit remains fully waterproof, preventing moisture ingress while allowing for consistent internal pressure equalisation.

Rated to IP69K, the Beast is built to withstand dust, high-pressure water jets, and full submersion. It performs reliably in extreme environments, operating in temperatures from -40°C to 70°C, and is engineered to handle both intense heat spikes and freezing conditions without compromise.

Performance Without Compromise

Delivering powerful illumination through 36 high-performance LEDs, the Beast produces up to 13,269 effective lumens in its most powerful mode. Its carefully tuned 5700K colour temperature provides a warm white output that reduces glare and eye strain, improving driver comfort during extended use.

Precision-engineered beam patterns ensure consistent light distribution, enhancing visibility across all terrains. The light also supports a daytime running light (DRL) function, adding both safety and aesthetic appeal.

Despite its robust construction, the Beast maintains a slimline footprint and reduced weight compared to traditional driving lights, allowing for versatile mounting options and seamless integration with a wide range of vehicles.
