We work together with our suppliers to ensure that you receive your Made-to-Order product quickly and at an affordable price, directly from their facilities situated all over Australia.
The ECB products are produced, assembled, and finished in Brisbane, QLD Australia. Since there is a vast range of colours and configurations available, most ECB items are Made-to-Order.
ECB is currently facing some manufacturing limitations, and due to this ECB has slowed down the production of Made-to-Order products. It may take up to 90 days for the manufacture of these products. Please get in touch with us to know the expected dispatch times.
Backorder Arrival Estimates
Our estimates are based on the average time for the specified product to be delivered from the supplier to our warehouse. We are unable to provide accurate estimates for delivery to a customers address, as delivery times vary greatly depending on final location.
Once a backorder has been placed one of our Customer Support Staff will assess more accurate delivery times and advise before the order is placed with our supplier. This is to ensure as much transparency to our customers as possible.
