At Altapac, we believe in offering you the best value for your money. Here’s how we make sure you always get a fair deal: 

Competitive Pricing 

We strive to set competitive and fair prices for all our products. We keep an eye on the market to ensure you're getting great value every time you shop with us. 

Price Matching 

Found a better price elsewhere? No worries! Simply show the lower price, including any freight or other charges, to our team in-store or contact our Customer Contact Centre and we'll price match it. We'll match an offer or written quote from authorised dealers. Just bring the deal or quote to us, and we'll take care of the rest. 

Online Competitors 

We will match offers from authorised online dealers of the product, as approved by the supplier of that product. However, we do not price match grey importers, auction sites, or marketplaces, regardless of whether the price is a fixed 'buy-it-now' price or an auction. 

Exceptions 

While we work hard to provide competitive prices on all our products, there are a few exceptions to our price match policy. Due to our unrivalled experience and quality of our window tinting, paint protection film, and workshop fitment services, we do not offer price matching on these services. Additionally, our price match policy extends to products only and does not include our workshop service prices. 

Transparent Pricing 

Our prices are clearly advertised on our website, altapac.com. You can apply for a price match on our website, in-store, by email or over the phone. We're here to help you get the best deal, however you prefer to shop. 

Price Changes 

Please note, our prices are subject to change without notice. We continuously adjust to ensure we remain competitive and fair.
